Glen Ness has more than 25 years of investment industry experience in the Northwest, developing tailored investment plans for clients through a disciplined, value-based approach. Prior to joining the RMG Group, Glen worked at Wells Fargo since 1996. As a member of the RMG Group of Stifel, he works closely with clients to comprehensively assess their financial situation, including goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, and investment-related tax implications. He and his team design and customize portfolios using primarily individual stocks, bonds, and cash equivalents.
Having attained and maintained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certification and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation, Glen has received added knowledge that he applies to helping his clients. Glen is committed to working with you, striving to align your wealth with your values and intentions.
Glen and his wife, Samantha, live in Mill Creek with their four children: Madeline, Sofia, Duncan, and Theo. They love their community and enjoy staying involved in their kids’ athletic activities. Glen has a passion for all sports, especially running and golf. He also enjoys traveling with his family and reading good biographies. He is a committed Christian and, with his family, is actively involved at Snohomish Community Church.

As a valued member of the RMG Group, Heather is responsible for delivering high-caliber client service and administrative support to Glen’s clients.
Although she joined Stifel in 2016, Heather is no stranger to the team with 10 years under her belt providing them with outstanding customer service as the Starbucks store manager in the Civica office building. Her background is replete with business experience, including finance, inventory, problem solving, human resources, and most importantly, client service. Bringing her own brand of personalized service to the RMG Group, she prides herself on building and maintaining client relationships that last a lifetime.
Heather earned a B.S. in Physical Education from the University of Delaware and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. She lives in Renton with her husband and three children.
